Tracking Your Applications

Every job you apply to on FlyHire is automatically tracked. View them in:

  • Application page (on desktop)
  • My Jobs > Applications (on mobile)
  • Job listing page (status bar)

Status Icons

  • Sent: Application submitted
  • Viewed: Employer opened it
  • Shortlisted: Moved to interview
  • Archived: Role closed or expired

Managing Responses

You’ll receive:

  • In-app notifications
  • Optional email updates
  • Messages from employers in your messages

Additional Tools

  • Add notes to each application
  • Archive old ones for cleaner views
  • Filter applications by role, date, or status
