Your account is the gateway to better hiring and flying.

Overview

Creating your FlyHire account only takes a minute—and unlocks powerful aviation-specific features the moment you choose your role.

Step-by-Step Signup

  1. Go to dashboard.flyhire.app and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your name, email, and create a password
  3. Select your role (Pilot, Employer, Creator, etc.)
  4. Verify your email (check your inbox or spam)
  5. You'll be dropped into your tailored onboarding experience

Choosing Your Role

Your role determines what features are emphasized:

  • Pilots get Dashboard and Job Feed first
  • Employers go straight to their Company Dashboard
  • Creators start with their client or content portal

You can add or switch roles later from Settings → Roles.

Tips

  • Use your primary aviation email (especially for employers)
  • Choose the role you’re most active in
  • Save your login for fast job access

Signup is free and takes less than 2 minutes.

Can I skip onboarding?

You can skip some sections and inputs, but it's not recommended. It tailors your experience.

What if I signed up in the wrong role?

You can switch at any time in your settings.

What if one of my preferences changes?

FlyHire allows you to go back into settings at any time and change your preferences.
