What Is a Match Score?

Your match score is a real-time, dynamic rating from 0–100 that indicates how closely a candidate and a job align. The higher the number, the more compatible the match.

How It’s Calculated

  • 40% Role fit (aircraft, hours, ratings)
  • 25% Location & schedule compatibility
  • 20% Pay/benefits alignment
  • 10% Profile completion
  • 5% Community reputation (engagement, referrals, etc.)

You have access to reorder the priority in onboarding and in your settings page.

  • Job feed tiles
  • Resume page
  • Employer dashboard (for candidates)
